If you pop into your local Christian bookstore to pick up some 10-inch purple candles for your home Advent wreath and upon finding that they are out of that particular size and color, you comment,
"Hmm... the closest they have are these 15-inch blue ones. They're too big and blue!"
And this song immediately gets stuck in your head for the next three hours...

You know, blue IS the preferred liturgical color for Advent these days. Advent is not a penitential season in the same way as Lent, which is purple, hence the distinction between the two seasons color-wise.
Sorry, but I couldn't resist. And I haven't even had liturgics class yet! Expect this to get worse next semester... ;o)
